Why choose downhill mountain biking coaching?

Downhill mountain biking is a demanding sport where speed, technique, and mental toughness must all work together. Being coached by an experienced rider ensures that you’ll improve faster, with greater confidence, and in a sustainable way:

Move forward with confidence

Downhill mountain biking coaching helps you quickly identify areas for improvement and avoid bad habits. With professional guidance, you’ll make faster progress and ride more smoothly. This allows you to ride with greater confidence, even on challenging sections.

Personalized support

Every rider is different. The coach analyzes your position on the bike, your pedaling technique, and your lines to offer corrections tailored to your riding style. The advice is practical and can be put into practice right away on the track.

Read the track better and optimize your lines

In downhill mountain biking, line choice is essential. This course will teach you how to read a downhill trail, anticipate obstacles, and choose the most efficient lines, so you can ride faster, smoother, and safer.

Mastering jumps safely

Jumps are a key component of downhill mountain biking, but also one of its most impressive aspects. As an expert in this field, Olivier Cuvet will guide you through the essential basics of jumping: approach speed, body positioning, takeoff, flight path, and landing. The goal is to gain control and confidence, to progress gradually, and to navigate the obstacles with fluidity and safety.

A note from Olivier Cuvet:

“While I’m best known for my aerial skills on the bike, I also thrive and find fulfillment when both wheels are on the ground. Precise riding and total bike control are essential for tackling the lines I love. I’m committed to developing this aspect of riding, and I’m confident I can provide that extra edge that both experienced riders and competitors need to achieve their goals.”
